About Us
Beacon Surveying Services was founded by Stephen Baker in 2010 as a Chartered Surveying Consultancy and very quickly gained an excellent reputation within the industry.
Beacon Surveying Services has seen steady, continuous growth. Many of our projects have come from repeat business and through word of mouth from satisfied clients. Beacon Surveying Services have recently been involved with prestigious developments, such as Heston Blumenthal’s Perfectionists Café at Heathrow Airport and high end residential properties in Radlett.
Beacon Surveying Services Limited have been delivering Project management and Quantity surveying services that surpass client expectations since 2010.

We aim to create confidence in the construction industry by ensuring our projects help reduce risk and exposure to bad experiences and by making the whole process more transparent.
With many years of experience our project managers and surveyors are able to provide our clients with individual and impartial advice throughout, ensuring projects are realised on time and within budget.
Our staff engage in a rigorous program of continuous professional development which ensures they have up to date knowledge of regulations, to accurately advise clients of their responsibilities. We remain current on existing and new technologies and materials. Therefore clients can be confident that they will be given the most appropriate suggestions for their individual requirements.
Building a transparent trusting relationship with our clients is vital and at Beacon this is given high priority. We ensure Clients expectations are met and we hold regular progress meetings. Our core services are regularly assessed and we encourage our clients to give us feedback at every opportunity.
Our experience and capabilities enable us to provide services to varying sectors and projects ranging in value from £500k extensions & renovations to substantial redevelopments in excess of £20m.
We are extremely proud that over 78% of our work is repeat business with clients commenting on our professionalism, outstanding work and flexible approach. This was recognised in June 2014 when our business reached the finals of the FSB Hertfordshire service excellent awards following testimonies’ submitted by our clients.
